Legal Receptionist

We are looking for a full time experienced legal receptionist for our Highcliffe office. In the role, you will be required to welcome visitors and answer calls to the office. As a legal receptionist, your duties include handling enquiries, managing mail, deliveries, taking payments from clients in person and via the telephone. You may also be required to assist with filing and photocopying etc.

You should exhibit excellent communication skills and competency in general office administration.

The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm.

Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception
  • Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner
  • Observing business etiquette and maintaining a professional appearance
  • Directing flow of mail, faxes and deliveries to reach the intended recipients
  • Ordering and replenishing office supplies
  • Managing the maintenance and repair of office equipment
  • Prior experience as a legal receptionist essential
  • Familiarity with legal terms, legal documents, filing and archiving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive experience working with printers, copiers, faxes, scanner and call forwarding systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
